Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy
1. Pre-Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will not be eligible for a refund.
2. No-Show Policy:
- Bookings will not be held beyond the scheduled time. If the customer fails to arrive within the agreed time, the booking will be considered a no-show.
- In case of a no-show, any advance amount paid will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
- If an on-site booking customer does not show up within the committed time, the slot will be released to walk-in customers without refund.
3. Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours in advance, and is subject to slot availability.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.
4. Weather Interruption Policy:
- In case of rain or other uncontrollable weather events, the customer will be allowed to reschedule the booking.
- Rescheduled booking must be utilized within 7 days from the original date.
- No monetary refund will be provided for weather-related disruptions.
