Terms & Conditions

By accessing, entering, booking, or participating in any activities at PLaY Arena, located at Sy. No. 75, Kasavanahalli, Off Sarjapur Road, Bangalore – 560035, you (and those you are booking for) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, House Rules, Assumption of Risk, and related policies. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking, Payment & Entry

• All bookings must be prepaid. No credit or post-payment is accepted.
• Payments must be made only at official ticket counters or online. Do not hand cash to any individual in activity/food/sports areas.
• Bookings begin from the scheduled time, not arrival. No extensions or refunds for late arrivals or missed slots.
• If you choose not to or cannot participate in a booked activity, refunds will not be issued.

2. Entry & Usage Rules

• Only patrons with valid Card/wristbands are allowed into activity zones.
• All packages are valid for one person only and cannot be shared or transferred.
• Damaged or tampered wristbands are void.
• Spectators must remain behind designated barriers and cannot enter activity areas.

3. Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk

By entering PLaY Arena and/or booking activities (for yourself or on behalf of others, including minors), you voluntarily accept the inherent risks involved in participation. This includes but is not limited to:

• Bowling, Laser Tag, Air Rifle Shooting, Archery, Rope Course, Rocket Ejector, VR 7D Cinema, Roller Coaster Zip Line, Free Fall, Wall Climbing, Paintball, ATV/Quad Bikes, Go-Karts, Trampoline Park, Cricket Simulator, Carnival & Arcade Games, Bumper Cars, Car Simulators, Table Games, Juniors softplay Area, Rides, Skateboarding, Skating, Swimming, Basketball, Cricket, Rugby, Soccer, Squash, Gym, Badminton, Table Tennis, Playground, and any other similar activities.

You understand that participation in these activities can lead to illness, injury, paralysis, or death, and may be exacerbated by weather, equipment issues, or medical conditions. You assume full responsibility for these risks.

4. Release of Liability & Indemnity Agreement

You agree to:

• Waive all claims against PLaY Arena, its staff, affiliates, directors, and agents for any injury, loss, or damage, including negligence.
• Accept full responsibility for your participation and that of any minors you are representing.
• Indemnify and hold harmless PLaY Arena from any legal action, medical expense, or damages caused by or involving your actions.

You are also responsible for:

• Ensuring participants in your group are aware of all rules.
• Supervising minors at all times.
• Accepting full liability for damage to property, injuries to staff or participants caused by your actions.

5. Participant Responsibility

• You confirm that all participants:
  • Are physically and mentally fit for the activities.
  • Do not have medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, pregnancy, epilepsy, injuries) that may make participation unsafe.
• You are responsible for ensuring everyone in your group reads and follows all activity-specific safety rules and signage.

6. Photograph & Video Consent

• You consent to PLaY Arena capturing photos and videos for internal use, promotions, and media without any personal identifiers.
• You waive any rights to royalties or approvals in connection with their use.

7. Emergency Medical Treatment

• In case of emergency, you consent to:
  • First aid by PLaY Arena staff.
  • Transportation to a hospital or emergency care if needed.
• You acknowledge that medical expenses are your responsibility, and PLaY Arena does not provide health or accident insurance.

8. House Rules

Payments

• No credit allowed – pay before you play.
• Do not pay cash to staff at activity/food/sports zones.
• Late arrivals will not get extra time or refunds.
• Missed slots = forfeiture without refund.

Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.
• PLaY Arena is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss.
• Minors (<16) must be supervised by a legal guardian.
• Not liable for disruptions due to weather, power failure, or force majeure.
• Check activity restrictions (height, weight, health) before participation.

Equipment

• Do not touch equipment without instructor supervision.
• Return equipment after use.
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
• You are liable for any damage caused to equipment or property.

Behavior and Conduct

• Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Outside alcohol is not permitted. Alcohol served by PLaY Arena may only be consumed in designated restaurant and dining areas.
• Outside alcohol, food, and beverages are strictly prohibited.
• Food and beverages are not allowed inside sports and activity areas.
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside sports and activity zones.
• CCTV surveillance is in operation. By entering, you consent to being recorded.

Alcohol Policy

PLaY Arena serves alcoholic beverages at its restaurant and designated dining areas. Guests may purchase and enjoy alcohol served by PLaY Arena within these designated spaces. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Alcoholic beverages must not be taken into sports or activity zones. PLaY Arena reserves the right to refuse alcohol service in accordance with applicable laws and responsible service practices.

9. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
